We Ship within 1 to 4 business days (not including Sat & Sun and Holidays) although this is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Combines if additional purchases are made within 24 hours of 1st purchase.

1) INVOICES ARE TO BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS of adding into your cart. We accept major Credit Cards or PayPal.

2) RETURNS.

ONLY New Full-Price (NOT SALE ITEMS) CLOTHING Items (no undergarments or wigs) are eligible for return FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be returned WITHIN 2 WEEK OF PURCHASE DATE and shipped back at your expense. Please PM Prior to Shipping item as it may be something we do not accept as a return. Return credit will be added to your account for your next purchase.

Exchanges: If requested size is available, new size is shipped with next purchase.

If returns smell of cigarettes or are soiled/stained, items will not be accepted back as return and no credit will be given.

**IMPORTANT** IN LIGHT OF RECENT EVENTS AND HEALTH CONCERNS, ALL RETURN CREDITS WILL HAVE A DELAY TO BE ISSUED DUE TO ITEMS BEING ISOLATED UPON RECEIPT

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT!! If the address entered is incorrect, it is YOUR responsibility to intercept the package. If the package RETURNS TO SENDER, it is YOUR responsibility to pay additional shipping costs to ship to correct address. We work very hard to ensure fast shipping!! With that said, once we ship, HoneyBee Closet is no longer responsible for the package. If you have a missing package, please file claim with your USPS.

Any item that cannot be found in stock at time of packaging will be refunded for store credit or payment.
